About the client

The website of Otamajakushi no Kai, a group for babies who have graduated from the NICU at Tokyo Metropolitan Bokutoh Hospital and their families. Alongside an introduction to the NICU, it lets families know there is a place where they can seek advice.

What we focused on

The warmth of a picture book

Following the brief for a warm, picture-book feel, soft colours and illustrations evoking water and nature set a gentle tone that families can look at with peace of mind.

The group's name as a logo

Because the group itself is the focus of the site, its name was styled like a logo so its presence is clear at a glance.
