The graduate and mid-career recruitment site for Matsumoto Doken, a construction company founded in 1897. It presents the company's history of building familiar local landmarks, its departments such as construction management, architectural design and civil engineering, and benefits including parental leave, qualification support and student loan repayment assistance.

What we focused on

Brightness for new graduates

As a site for new graduates, we chose a bright, white feel over a cool, formal one. A light palette built on white makes the design feel gentle and welcoming rather than merely stylish.
