Inspired by the name Minato (harbour) and the bonds between people, a rope runs through the design as a recurring element, so the world of the name comes across at a glance.

The logo stays fixed while photos of dishes and the interior drift from right to left behind it, letting visitors see plenty of the menu and atmosphere before they arrive.

An illustrated floor map shows that the bar suits solo guests and groups alike. Hand-drawn style illustrations and brick details give the site a warm feel.
