ABOUT

About the client

Based in Matsumoto, Nagano, the company runs a range of services that support local life: operating water and sewage treatment facilities, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing works, and total building management including cleaning and facility maintenance.

DESIGN POINTS

What we focused on

Warm yet trustworthy

We kept the gentle, bright mood the client asked for, and used a layered, three-dimensional look to add a sense of freshness and reliability.

Motion that engages

Video and scroll-linked animation make the recruitment site enjoyable to browse. We noted the intent behind each motion and image treatment directly in Figma.

Connecting the roles

Each job category has its own colour, and we proposed letting the three colours appear as visitors scroll to show how the roles connect. Handwritten-style type adds warmth to the working-style section.
