Built on the logo's blue, the design keeps the trustworthiness of an established company while giving a bright, fresh feel that makes applying a little less daunting for younger people.

To express the communications business, line illustrations evoking radio waves and connection were added so the nature of the work comes across intuitively.

Button press states were kept simple and intuitive so prospective applicants can reach the information they need without confusion.
