About the client

A hospital in Shironishi, Matsumoto, Nagano, run by the Shironishi Medical Foundation. It has a wide range of departments, including psychiatry, internal medicine, paediatrics, surgery, dermatology, orthopaedics and dentistry, and also houses a dementia medical centre.

What we focused on

Soft pink, gentle and new

Building on the foundation site's focus on feeling gentle and new, we made a pale pink the main colour, keeping a simple structure that still reads as soft and fresh.

Easy to read for older users

Because many patients are older, we put legibility and ease of use first, balancing clear information with a soft overall impression.

A heading system that scales

We unified the tone and manner, including a full heading set, so the look stays consistent as more pages are added.
